Hotel near Florence was beautiful set in the middle of a farm that grew grapes for wine and olive for oil. Eden was caught red handed eating the delicious grapes grown throughout the vineyard.

The groups gather at the bar in the lobby to mingle and have some drinks before cooking class and dinner. Cooking class before dinner was a treat for the group, the chef uses mostly everything grown from the farm to cook. Everything is made from scratch, especially the dessert made with grapes from the vineyard. Lucky for all of we were given the recipe. Tonight would be our last night with John our bus driver, nothing but good things to say about him. John drove that bus through small roads like he had a smart car.
The left building was designed by Brunelleschi. Ospedale degli Innocenti, which it was designed for children's orphanage also noted as being the first urban project of the Renaissance .This structure was the first with an internal stairway. Right after you enjoy the piazza in front of the building there is the dome designed by him peaking between the alleyway.

A dramatic rise in architectural projects. The Renaissance architectural style mostly focused on its mathematical proportions geometry and symmetry. It reflects the classical culture of the early 15th century of Florence and passes through Europe by replacing the Gothic style. It was the renewals of the dome, round arch and columns. The use of human proportions and their use in the buildings shows the mass and space.

We decided to go around and visit these beautiful places. One of the building we went and saw the facade was San Lorenzo. Brunelleschi was commissioned to work on, unfortunately it was completed after his death. Michelangelo finished the amazing facade. It was designed as a kinetic 3D object that has an illusion of movement.

Unfortunately, we were not able to take a picture of David, Michelangelo's piece of stone transformed into a master piece . We must say David was still alive. He shows us how David in the moment; a moment that man takes action to the world to affect change. He has his sling shot in his hand. His face shows determination. He is sizing up what he is about to engage with.....
Brunelleschi finished the Florence Cathedral by constructing its structures and showing an underlying system of proportions. He used the sense of harmony. We were able to go underground, Santa Reparata and see the ruins.
The most beautiful view and the grace of the Renaissance dome in Florence.
